We like it because it comes from a fantastic collaboration between two famous fruits that are the pride of Yamagata Prefecture: The Satounishiki cherries and the Kawanajima-hakuto peaches, two fruits famous for the quality and intensity of their flavor. The aroma of cherries enhances the depth of the flavor of white peaches.
