Kitsune Trading was born from the desire to make the finest Japanese products accessible in Switzerland, offering an authentic, refined, and culturally rich culinary experience.Sake, seasonings, gourmet specialties, and accessories — each item is carefully selected, the result of our deep passion for Japanese gastronomic culture.Our project comes to life from a dream shared by its founders: to promote and celebrate Japan’s culinary tradition by offering quality, knowledge, and inspiration to those who love this extraordinary world.We also organize guided sake tastings and provide tailored consulting for restaurants and venues wishing to incorporate sake into their offering or create unique sensory experiences.

We import and distribute exclusively MADE IN JAPAN products, personally selected with care and expertise.We prioritize artisanal producers, often family-run businesses, that preserve traditional methods and authentic flavors.Many of our products are being imported into Switzerland for the very first time, making Kitsune’s selection truly unique and exclusive.Above all, we are conscious consumers ourselves, which is why we pay close attention to quality and ingredient transparency: every product is tested and selected based on strict criteria.
