GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. FIELD OF APPLICATION
The general conditions of sale regulate the legal relationship between Kitsune Trading Sagl and its customers in relation to all contracts concluded between the parties for the sale of the products marketed through the site. www.kitsunetrading.ch
2. SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC DRINKS TO MINORS UNDER 18 IS FORBIDDEN. By placing an order online, the buyer therefore declares to be of age, that is to say that he is of the necessary age to be able to buy and consume any type of alcoholic beverages. We do not sell or deliver alcoholic beverages to minors: the customer is required to ensure that only he or an adult authorized by him accepts the goods. Kitsune Trading Sagl has the right to cancel the order if the customer does not have the legal requirements to be able to purchase alcohol. In general, moderate consumption is recommended.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The conclusion of the contract takes place at the time of payment by the purchaser of the ordered products. Subsequently Kitsune Trading Sagl sends an order confirmation via e-mail (generated automatically by the system). Confirmed orders can no longer be canceled or modified by the customer. The sale will be considered concluded as soon as the buyer receives the ordered products at his delivery address. The buyer receives information on the status of the order by e-mail. To place orders in our online shop, we need the following data to process the contract: name and surname, billing address (and, if different, delivery address), payment details (depending on the payment method chosen) and address e-mail. The customer receives the invoice free of charge by e-mail.
4. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
All published prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of VAT and may be subject to periodic changes without notice. Product offers are only valid as long as they are visible on the homepage and while stocks last. FOR THE MOMENT WE ONLY CARRY OUT SHIPMENTS TO SWITZERLAND. For deliveries in Switzerland, the price includes 7.7% VAT (on Sake and spirits, various accessories) and 2.5% VAT (on tea and food).
The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at the time of order confirmation, except for any discounts. Generally the shipping costs are calculated as follows:
for orders under CHF 150 .--, weighing less than 30 kg: CHF 15 .--
for orders over CHF 150 .--: free
5. PAYMENT METHOD
All payments on www.kitsunetrading.ch they are safe and secure. On the site the customer has the possibility to choose different forms of payment.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: International credit cards Mastercard, VISA and American Express are accepted. The charge will take place upon confirmation of the order.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: upon confirmation of the order, the customer must log in to the personal PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can register on the site www.paypal.com before completing the order. The PayPal account will be debited when the order is confirmed.
PAYMENT WITH APPLE PAY: upon confirmation of the order, the customer must have enabled the service on their iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac Apple Pay.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: after placing the order online, the customer can decide to place a PREPAYMENT paying the outstanding amount and without commissions by bank transfer within 10 days. The items ordered are confidential and do not undergo any price changes. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Below, our bank references:

Payment is considered made only when Kitsune Trading Sagl can dispose of the amount.
If the buyer is in default of payment, we are entitled to charge default interest at the rate of 10% from the date in question. During the duration of the delay, Kitsune Trading Sagl also has the right, at any time, to withdraw from the contract, to request the return of the goods delivered and to request compensation for damages due to the expiry of the contract.

6. DELIVERY
The risk is transferred to the buyer with the shipment of the goods.
The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using suitable packaging that allows you to protect the product from any knocks. It is the customer's responsibility to check the completeness of the contents of the packages and their condition before accepting the delivery made by the courier. In the event that the customer receives damaged packages, he is invited not to accept the delivery and to contact us immediately.
Purchases can be sent to an address other than the customer's residence, simply indicate this in the order by filling in the appropriate section.
Provided that the goods are in stock, delivery usually takes place within 5 working days. In the event of orders for products that are not available, we will promptly inform you about delivery times.
Our shipments are generally entrusted to the courier DHL. We therefore invite you to provide us with an address where the courier can find someone to collect the package and a telephone number, to contact you in case there are problems with the delivery.
We may also entrust your order to Swiss Post Ltd.
7. COMPLAINTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For any problems and complaints relating to products or services, send us an e-mail by writing to the address info@kitsunetrading.ch within 24 hours of delivery of the goods. We will reply to you within 24/48 hours starting from the first working day following your request. Or call us on +41 79 316 3876. If the buyer does not make the complaint in time, his warranty rights expire.
The goods, in case of return, must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect. The return address will be communicated to the customer by e-mail after receipt of the written complaint. Transport costs are charged to the customer.
Damages for which the buyer is solely responsible, such as improper use, incorrect storage or other causes for which the seller is not responsible, are excluded from the warranty. Products that the customer has ordered by mistake will neither be returned nor refunded.
Kitsune Trading Sagl has the right to reimburse the price in the form of gift cards and reserves the right to waive compensation for any additional additional costs.
If you return material worth more than CHF 100.- we recommend an insured shipment. Therefore, we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
8. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATIONS
These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice.
Any changes and / or new conditions will be effective from the moment of their publication on this page of the site, with the indication of the effective date of the changes. In any case, the user will have the right to apply the general conditions and other contractual and economic terms in force at the time of the order.

For any dispute, the Lugano court is competent. Kitsune Trading Sagl reserves the right to change the terms and conditions if circumstances may require it.
