DESCRIPTION
Hinomaru Signature 1823 is a Japanese blended whisky created by Kiuchi Brewery to celebrate the origins of the house, founded in 1823. It combines selected malt and grain whiskies distilled and matured in Japan, with ageing in different types of casks that contribute to a rich, balanced and harmonious profile.
Elegant yet structured, it combines smoothness, aromatic depth and a pleasant touch of spice. Ideal enjoyed neat, over ice or in premium cocktails.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose: notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted grains.
On the palate: smooth and enveloping, with hints of honey, gentle spices and delicate oak.
Finish: long, lightly spiced and pleasantly rounded.
