On the palate a light and dry sake, but with a strong hint of umami. The nose has the typical fruity aromas of rice Tsuyahime, Japan's finest table rice, renowned for being excellent both freshly cooked and cold the next day. This characteristic is also found in sake, which is excellent at all temperatures.
We like it because easy to drink, much appreciated also by the female public and by those who want to approach sake for the first time, as the name indicates which can be translated as "to taste many times", "no matter how many times you drink it" or "to taste it at all temperatures ". Furthermore, the 15 degrees of alcohol are not noticed at all.
It goes well with various dishes: white fish, curry, sauteed vegetables, pasta, fried, meat and seafood.
In Japanese cuisine: sashimi, udon, yakiton (pork skewers), sauteed vegetables.
Sakagura founded in 1896, has always produced "sake that satisfies people's hearts". In particular qhis sake and its label were made in collaboration with Tohoku University of Art and Design, to encourage young people's interest in sake, leading to the creation of an easy-to-drink sake. Winner of the gold medal of the "Yamagata Excellent Design 2013" and the gold medal of the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass 2015".
