CURIOSITY'
Winner of the “Gold Medal 2017” inAtsukan contest (best hot sake in Japan), this particular sake with a slightly pink color is produced using the red Adenina yeast, a very delicate yeast that, if not handled carefully, can die or give way to other yeasts and bacteria. For this reason, only two other breweries in all of Japan use it to produce sake. This producer has a history of over 300 years.
