DESCRIPTION
A sake with a delicate aroma, featuring floral and slightly fruity notes; a enveloping taste, with an elegant persistence rich in umami. The producer is also the direct grower of all the rice used (unlike wine, this is very rare in the world of Sake). This allows the producer greater control over the entire cultivation process, including the use of substances, which in this case are completely natural. It can therefore be said that this is a sake produced with “organic” rice. Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass.
FOOD PAIRING
Besides being excellent as an aperitif, being a very balanced Sake, it pairs well with sashimi and delicate fish dishes, raw vegetables.
