DESCRIPTION
Regarded as the best and most popular barley shochu in Japan, made with “Nishinohoshi” barley and pure fresh spring water from Mount Osuzu.
Aged in wooden barrels for over three years to help it develop fullness and structure and minimally filtered so as not to lose the aromas. Despite the high alcohol content of 40%, it remains very delicate.
AROMATIC NOTES
On the nose, honey, broom, lychee, currant, milk chocolate and toasting notes are perceived. Rich and warm to the taste, it has strong notes of puffed rice and toasting and a persistent and aromatic finish.
To drink smooth or with ice. It is also perfect mixed, combined for example with fruit or fruit juices (such as apple and grapefruit).
