DESCRIPTION
Sparkling sake fermented in the bottle without any additives that modify the CO2 produced naturally with the Champenoise method. Fine and silvery perlage.
Slightly sweet at the start, with a slightly sour and dry finish which makes it suitable for any meal. Low in alcohol (8%), it is ideal as an aperitif but also suitable for consumption during a meal.
Serving in a champagne glass is recommended.
