DESCRIPTION
Sparkling sake fermented in the bottle without any additives that alter the naturally produced CO2 using the Champenoise method. Fine and silvery perlage.
Slightly sweet at the start, with a somewhat sour and dry finish that makes it suitable for any meal. Low in alcohol (8%), it is ideal as an aperitif but also suitable to be consumed during the meal.
The service is recommended in a champagne glass.
