DESCRIPTION
Sparkling sake fermented in the bottle without any additives that alter the CO2 naturally produced using the Champenoise method.
Produced from rice for traditional sake with the addition of Asamurasaki rice, one of the ancient "black rices" or "purple rices." This ancient rice contains anthocyanins (a type of polyphenol), various B vitamins, and many nutrients.
Aroma of yeast and cream, aftertaste of rice and almond. Natural bubbles for this "Japanese champagne."
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect as an aperitif or with appetizers, also excellent when paired with fruity desserts or fresh cheeses.
It is recommended to serve in a champagne glass.
