This high-proof Japanese blend, aged in bourbon barrels, was made from two single malts from the Nikka group, Miyagikyo e Yoichi, complemented by a wheat whiskey.
AROMATIC NOTES
On the nose: floral (lilac), fruity (apricot), with notes of spices (cloves) and leather.
Taste: spicy (pepper), with woody character; evolves into ripe fruit (peach) and caramelized apple, with a long and fruity finish (plum and peach) with woody-vanilla notes.
