DESCRIPTION
Produced using Japanese rice from Yamagata, polished to 65% seimaibuai. It is a full-bodied and rounded sake, with a rich umami flavor and earthy notes. It can be enjoyed cold, at room temperature, or warm.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent when paired with foods high in umami such as roasts, stews, grilled meat or salmon, tomato-based dishes, and cheeses, including aged ones.
In Japanese cuisine: ramen, noodles, gyoza with mushrooms.
