The handles of the Seki Magoroku Kinju and Hekiju series differ in shape and material. The hexagonal handle of the Kinju knife is made of reinforced laminated wood for a pleasant feel during cutting. Using high-quality natural wood treated with a special process, the handle is extremely water-resistant. Designed for left-handed people, the handle of the Hekiju knife is more rounded compared to the Kinju series and is made of a sturdy resin with a leather-like embossing.
