DESCRIPTION
Hibiki Japanese Harmony is the limited edition whisky that encapsulates the best of the three distilleries of Suntory:
- the light and floral single malt comes from Hakushu;
- the fruity and soft one from Yamazaki;
- The single grain whisky is produced by Chita.
Moreover, it is the result of an assembly in 5 different types of barrels, personally selected by Suntory's Master Blender "Shingo Torii", among these: American oak barrels, European sherry barrels, and Mizunara oak barrels.
The bottle, with a very elegant design, is divided into 24 facets, one for each Japanese season.
AROMATIC NOTES
On the nose: very floral, with notes of rose petals, rosemary, apricot, and orange blossoms.
To the taste: very soft, with sensations of honey, orange peel, apricot, and white chocolate. The finish is long and subtle, with hints of spices and oak.
