HEAVENSAKE is an exclusive selection of premium sake born from the meeting of two worlds: the French excellence of champagne, represented by Régis Camus (chef de cave of Piper-Heidsieck), and the traditional art of some of the most renowned Japanese sakagura.
The project aims to preserve the authenticity of Japanese sake, adding an original and contemporary vision, with particular attention to the balance and refinement of aromas and flavors.
The partner sakagura – Urakasumi, Asahi, Konishi, and Hakushika – are recognized for their mastery and dedication to quality, providing a solid foundation for a range of sake with a unique style, designed to satisfy the most discerning palates.
JUNMAI GINJO - DESCRIPTION
An elegant and refined Junmai Ginjo, produced in collaboration with the historic sakagura Urakasumi (Miyagi Prefecture).
Rich in notes of rice, melon, butter, and white lilies, it offers a creamy texture on the palate, with aromas of fresh and dried fruit and a refreshing finish.
