DESCRIPTION
Sake produced using 100% ingredients from Yamagata and certified GI Yamagata. Nigori sake, unfiltered, therefore contains rice sediments inside the bottle, which should be mixed by gently shaking the bottle before consumption, to best enjoy the slightly thick and sweet taste typical of this type. Soft on the palate, it is slightly sweet at the beginning but with a clean finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Recommended for spicy dishes (its creaminess makes it an excellent contrast with spicy foods), but also sweet and sour ones. Paired with aged cheeses, it can enhance the intensity of the cheese's flavor. Also excellent served alongside dessert, particularly with chocolate or cream-based ice creams.
In Japanese cuisine: yakitori and dishes based on soy sauce.
