An elegant and harmonious sake, with floral and fruity aromas of apple, peach, and melon. On the palate, it is soft, velvety, and well-balanced, with a clean and persistent finish. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 39%, it represents the perfect balance between elegance and pleasantness. Produced by Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture, it is one of the most appreciated sakes in the Dassai line. To be served chilled in a wine glass.

Ideal to accompany sushi, sashimi, dishes based on white fish, crustaceans, and refined vegetarian cuisine. Also perfect as a classy aperitif.
