On the palate, a light and dry sake, but with a strong umami scent. On the nose, it has the typical fruity aromas of riceĀ Tsuyahime, the most prized table rice of Japan, renowned because it is excellent both just cooked and cold the next day. This characteristic is also found in sake, which is excellent at all temperatures.Ā Ā
We like it becauseĀ easy to drink, also very appreciated by the female audience and by those who want to approach sake for the first time, as indicated by the name which can be translated as "to be enjoyed many times", "no matter how many times you drink it" or "to be enjoyed at all temperatures". Moreover, the 15 degrees of alcohol are not noticeable at all.Ā
