Located in Gobo, Wakayama Prefecture, this company uses traditional methods passed down from generation to generation, fermenting the sauce in cedar barrels for several years. The result is an artisanal soy sauce, with a rich and complex flavor, which embodies the authenticity and quality of Japanese cuisine.
