This is 100% pure juice, with no additives, preservatives, sugars or other ingredients. It is extracted directly from yuzu fruits grown in Japan, retaining all the aromatic characteristics and the fresh, citrus flavor typical of this citrus fruit. It is a very fragrant juice, with a delicious citrus flavour, both refreshing and very tasty.
Often used in Japanese cuisine (a few drops are enough) to add a refreshing touch and unique aroma to dishes, sauces and drinks.
