OUR MISSION / OUR PASSION 

Kitsune Trading is born from the desire to make available in Switzerland the best products for authentic Japanese cuisine: Sake, seasonings, tea, gourmet foods, but also accessories.  The idea was born from a common passion of its founders, with the aim of sharing and transmitting the Japanese gastronomic culture in Switzerland.  

We can also offer advice for clubs and restaurants or organize Sake tastings for those who want to get closer to this mysterious and fascinating world. 

OUR PRINCIPLES  

We import and sale only MADE IN JAPAN products selected by us personally (and delightfully), preferring artisanal productions that follow ancient traditions. 

We want to promote high quality food specialties, made by family-run companies. And so many of our products are truly exclusive, imported by us to Switzerland for the first time. We work to share and spread the authentic tastes of Japanese cuisine.   

We are, first of all, attentive consumers, therefore we pay particular attention to the list of ingredients.
