WATER DRIPPER E SIFONI
For those who want to prepare an excellent iced coffee at home, in great style!
The Hario company has been planning, manufacturing and selling heatproof glass since its very inception, in 1921, starting with the production of coffee syphon in 1964. The catalog was then expanded with different products to arrive at his famous coffee and tea tools.
In this section you will find some perfect products to prepare and enjoy your coffee, as an alternative to the usual espresso!
These are some alternative preparations:
COLD
Cold Drip: is a slow extraction method by percolation in which cold water drips onto the coffee and slowly extracts a low acidity infusion.
Cold Brew: is a process of extracting the brewed coffee with water and ice.
Plus you get a drink naturally sweet without the addition of sugar: the sweetness is the consequence of cold extraction, which brings out less bitterness and less acidity.
HOT
Siphon: it is composed of a burner and a metal structure, composed of the filter (in paper, nylon or metal) and the two jugs in which the coffee is prepared. After boiling the already hot water in the lower jug, place the other one on top, adding the ground coffee; to help you in the dosage, you can take advantage of the two notches that divide it. When the water starts to rise, stir it for a minute with a spoon, so that the coffee can absorb the water more evenly. The Japanese school recommends mixing a second time, creating a double filter. When all the water has risen, the flame is removed and the coffee begins to descend into the jug below thanks to the pressure and the force of gravity. For a coffee with a pure and clean taste.
