We are certified by the SSA Sake Sommelier Association to hold a course thatallows you to acquire basic information about Sake. A unique opportunity for hospitality enthusiasts and professionals who want to expand their knowledge of Sake.
The first part of the course is dedicated to the origins and history of Sake. Then to learning the ingredients, production and classification of the different types.
The second part of the course is dedicated to the acquisition of basic information on labels, serving temperatures, to move on to sensory analysis with sake tasting and food pairing criteria.
