DESCRIPTION
Produced with 100% Thai Indica rice and Black Koji, it is aged for one year.
The name literally means "coral reef" and was chosen because this awamori wants to represent elegance and persistence.
AROMATIC NOTES
Nose: elegant, notes of peach and mango, ripe fruit, floral; slight fungal note.
Tasting: fruity, spicy notes of ginger, pleasant persistence of alcohol.
It is a very multifaceted drink, it can be drunk in many ways: with water (hot or cold), on the rocks, with citrus juice, mixed with tea or coffee, excellent in mixing.
It has a strong taste that does not yield, even diluted.
